<3 Also thanks for showing me that piano yesterday. You even did a better job than the demo tracks

OMG, this is brilliant!
It fits the artwork so well too.
Wonderful work here, man.

Good luck!

Azhthar responds:

Wow! This was a quick review! Thanks a lot man!!

I seem to have forgotten to review this earlier, but of course this is really rad :O!!!

larrynachos responds:

thx bb

I have no idea why you didn't share these earlier either!
#EpicIsAnUnderstatement

This one is splendid as well :O
Love the return of that clock :D
Listening to this while taking a break from making a game. Sets a perfect mood for what I'm doing. For once, I'm not in my bed, but sitting at a desk, enveloped by darkness, determined to not procrastinate (too much). This is definitely giving me the energy that I need. Thanks!

ForgottenDawn responds:

In retrospective, I don't even know myself why I didn't share it earlier here, though I remember the circumstances that brought me to compose this piece. It was harsh times, I don't remember exactly what happened back then, but I remember being pretty low and I recall a friend of mine saying "tomorrow will be better". So that phrase kinda stuck with me and I conveyed it through music.
Glad to hear this track has energized you! You should talk to me about your game man, I'd love to hear your ideas.

I may be biased, as I really love piano compositions of this kind. But it's wonderful either way ^ ^
Very atmospheric, in the best of ways.

ForgottenDawn responds:

Thanks! Yeah, I don't really know why I haven't shared it here in the past couple years. I'll make sure to share another oldie.

Clearly the best collab there ever was or will be.

(P.S. I swear I commented something on this earlier, but somehow NG didn't let me D:)

johnfn responds:

UNTIL YOU ALSO COME TO THE SF AREA WHEN LUNACY ECHO DOES AND WE HAVE A CRAZY THREE WAY collab.

Ahahaha, what a horrifyingly sad concept! :'D
I'm really glad you decided to make something for today!
This is a really satisfying listen.

The fairly abrupt ending is symbolic too. Well done, mr. Logan <3
Good luck, and Happy Robot Day!! :3

larrynachos responds:

I wasn't planning on making anything today, but they let me off work early, so I ran home and made this.

For me, I don't think it's sad enough, but eh. It kind of gets the message across. What would a robot think if it was suddenly brought to life with human feelings? I would think it would be elated, but when the plug was pulled it didn't have enough time to really understand what was happening and react appropriately.

Happy Robot Day!

I was worried you wouldn't make anything this year! Really gave me a scare D:
Luckily, you came through after all :D
And even if this was rushed, it sounds really awesome! I actually like the simplicity in many ways. It's satisfying to listen to, which is all I really require from a track :)

Happy Robot Day, and good luck :3

DESHIEL responds:

Happy robot day Dawng may you win ;)

I come from the country of metal (well, one of them), and I fully approve this track. Amazing job! >:D

TSRBand responds:

Thanks for the review, glad it makes the cut! Finland rocks :D I'm a huge Children of Bodom fan they're definitely an inspiration, I'm always comparing my exports against songs from Are You Dead Yet to check they're the right volume lol

Oh wow, this is really cool! :O

It's perfectly balanced, and really interesting too!
I don't think you have reason to feel any sort of shame for making this, it's a very enjoyable listen
^ ^
I definitely wasn't let down. The contrast between all the effects, the percussion, and the more melodic aspects, like the piano, work quite well together!

Here's a small tip. You may want to change one of your tags to "robotday2016"
They'll likely find it anyway, as "rd" has been used previous years. But just in case, Tom said this in his post today:

"...just tag your entry "robotday2016" and we'll find it."

Good luck :3

Quarl responds:

Tag changed :)

Thanks for the kind words! I'm my biggest critic, don't read into my self loathing too much. It sets a horrible example for other people, I really need to figure out how to be an arrogant screw tool.

I exist. That'd pretty much be it. Pictures made on Paint.NET (getpaint.net) and Apophysis 7X.
