Watch Me Play the Piano!

Hi ya'll!

It has already been another month. Time sure flies by... And times sure are busy too!

As school has started again, I feel I haven't had time to do everything that I want to do, lately. But that just means that everything is as it always has been. Either way, here's a small update of what I'm up to:

I apparently started giving piano lessons every week, so that's something. I'm also planning on collaborating with lots of NG people, but I'll let the names remain a mystery for now. I am still working on BRUCE (sorry it's so slow, I swear I'm really busy!), and I'm still composing other music. I was recently asked to create some music for a certain event (local, so not online), but we'll see if I have time for that. However, it might interest you to know that I'm going to start being active on my youtube account!

I found out that apparently, my phone shoots videos in okay quality, so I decided (and was practically forced by @EtherealWinds) to record videos of me playing the piano. So I'm going to start uploading videos of such nature every now and then.

But I've got to start with something, right?

I've been a bit busy with school related things lately, which is why improvisations have been easier and quicker to make than full compositions].

Oh man, it's mesmerizing to watch piano players preform. I've had a piano for years, but I've never had the patience to learn. The multitasking hands is too tricky for me.

I try to always play with feeling, especially if it's for a recording. I think I do it at a risk of looking ridiculous, but that's fine xD

Once you get over that first step, and learn to play a few pieces well with both hands, it gets addictive! So be careful! Unless you want to learn to play really well, of course :p

I see you took my advice from the one you showed me and started to look at the camera less. You seem to have made up for the creepiness factor with the large-eyed plush staring at it, instead. One wonders if this is intentional.

Only you would catch that subtle, yet, intentional little detail! And here I thought no one would realize xD Seems I underestimated you.

You see, EtherealWinds forbade me from staring into the camera in the video, and I was also instructed to put something cute on my piano. So working with the tools I had, and within the rules, I still tried my best to get a creepy factor in there ;)

Thanks, dude. I like my coat! I haven't been able to use it much yet, as we've been having some weird weather, but it works well for videos too :D

Once it's finished, I'll naturally promote it properly xD

I know I've been keeping you waiting for a month for this one, but do you know when somehow, something always comes up? I haven't had time to compose anything on Cubase lately. And this week, I have a horrible exam DX

I slept like 1,5 hours yesterday night, so I need to make sure to sleep properly tonight, as I have a piano lesson to give tomorrow!

No, but seriously. Once you get over that first step of using both hands, it becomes so much easier to learn! Just start with a simple arrangement of a song you love, and keep going from there, and you'll be good in no time :)

Those tempo and velocity sways are completely moving. The piece is superb and superbly played. Oozes passion and engagement.
