Those sure are some well deserved views :)
You're one of the most active and awesome artists in the community, and not only is your art great, but you really care as well, which is very important!

Thank you for bringing us so much amazing stuff, dude!! :D

deathink responds:

Thanks a real lot man, it means a lot to me.

That ironic title. At your worst, you could draw 1000 times better than me at my best. Btw, have you ever watched Tokyo Ghoul? Just wondering :p

zephyo responds:

lol I don't post my craps online I'm actually proud of this one, and no

This looks awesome! o.O
You used the colors masterfully, and the angle is really nice. You also managed to portray the theme very well. The proportions as well as shading/lighting are great too. I especially like the small green reflections of the lightning bolt, on the highlights of the clothes and on the tentacles. The mountain looks amazing with the two shades of green. This is some of the best pixel art I've seen recently.
Wonderful job ;)

I love Ōkami!
I haven't played Ōkamiden though, but I feel like I should watch Chuggaaconroy's playthrough of it :O
This drawing is awesome, and the colors bring out the feel of the game quite well. I'm absolutely in love with Nanami's hair o.O
If I am to give some critique, I think the perspective on her right hand (left for the viewer) looks a bit odd, but that might just be me (it's just a little bit anyway) :)

Great work! It's cool to see you've had inspiration to draw recently :D

Troisnyx responds:

Cheers, glad you enjoyed it. I'll work a bit more on perspective; it is my weakest suit.

The Okamiden playthrough of his is actually a bit longer than his Okami playthrough. Mind you, a lot of people now remember Okami because of the recent attention it's gotten with a Wii re-release and a PS3 re-release -- heck, even I have it. Okamiden, on the other hand, seems to be a bit like a forgotten child.

Lol wut? You made this in half an hour? XD
I love the theme and the colors :)

Troisnyx responds:

Cheers, mate. ^_^ It's not as polished as I'd like it to be, but there we go I guess~

This is definitely one of my favorites from you. Partly because I am very biased to the theme of the piece, but also because it's wonderfully painted. Not much more to say. It's amazing :)

SkyrisDesign responds:

Thanks alot :D I went in with this pretty much blind. The first hour i was struggling and people wouldnt even bat an eye at me xD

Not only do I like it, but I love it! The scenery is wonderful! It feels very alive. I like the ways you leave small things for scale in most of your landscape images, like the house in this one. It works really well!

SkyrisDesign responds:

Thanks! I wasn't too sure of the composition. I am still not sure about it right now to be honest xD

Beautiful stuff dude. Something feels very natural about this piece. You also captured a very interesting expression. I love the hair color. The background is fairly simple, but it brings out the character, so it works well.
Brilliant work!

SkyrisDesign responds:

Hey thanks alot! I usually dont do characters much so Im not sure what i am doing most of the time. Glad this one turned out okay xD

You're very skilled at drawing by hand!
I definitely appreciate the atomistic approach, as I recognize that to be more difficult than a holistic one (at least for most people), but can give a lot of personality to all the details of the artpiece, which is certainly does in this case.
Love the theme; love everything.

Great work ;)

Marcomatic responds:

Cheers!
Drawing freehand's always offered that freedom of creativity. Being able to evolve parts of the design on the whim without being restrained to a guide. I guess being a left hander as well deterred me from using pencils as a kid because of all the smudging so in a way this allowed me to refine my techniques with ink. Thanks for the review :)

Aww, this is quite touching :3

Little known fact: hugging potential monsters/the "villain" in your nightmares (if there is a manifestation that can be hugged), is a very effective way of getting rid of bad dreams. The difficulty lies in realizing this in the dream and taking control of it :p

IrinaEihwaz responds:

Interesting, I've been doing it in my dreams without knowing the fact. :D
Thank you!

I exist. That'd pretty much be it. Pictures made on Paint.NET (getpaint.net) and Apophysis 7X.
