When it is so wrong but it feels so right ^ v ^
I'm going to the trip tomorrow! But I'm glad I got to listen to this today :)
This is a super interesting track after all!
Thank you for your review! Have fun on the trip! :)
I love the sound so far! I'm excited to hear this in the project once it comes out! Lovely stuff ^ ^
Thanks a lot! The final mix has just been finished and I guess if everything works fine the film will be up within the next two days :)
That's a really catchy beat!
I like how the percussion is kind of in the foreground (though filtered) for the most part, while the rest is simply adding atmosphere around it. Keep up the splendid work!
Thanks lsd :3
Super catchy stuff! Just dropping by to say hi :)
I really enjoyed the piece :D
I've only heard a few of your pieces before, but as I'm going through your stuff I find more and more reason to check out your even older pieces as well. I hope you find the time to compose and upload something new soon!
That's very gracious of you, thanks a lot! I've honestly been a little disappointed in how little I've produced in the past year, but college is very busy and I take it as seriously as I can. I'm debating tossing up the crude mockups of my unrecorded class projects, and I have a bunch of unfinished tracks that I've thought about finishing when I have the chance. Hopefully that'll fill out this year a bit once I finish the semester! :D
Wow, this is super cool!
I love choir singing that's pulled off this well :O
I'm really glad I took the time to listen to your latest upload, as I got to be blown away by this :)
Thanks! A lot of credit has to go to the singers here, they really brought life to the material despite it being just a cold reading. Writing with the style of the time period in mind is really difficult, at least for me, so I'm happy at how decent this turned out. If you enjoy ancient choral music, definitely check out works by Palestrina, Orlande de Lassus, William Byrd, and Thomas Tallis, just to name a few. Simply beautiful - there is a lot that I'd love to learn from those minds!
You've really learned to use those pianos! Mixing three of them in one piece is quite a feat, since you managed to make it sound so unified and pretty :3
I also feel like you did a really good job with the strings, especially with the dynamics :D
Ofc, I haven't even mentioned the pretty melodies, the transitions (the bells, the key change), and the great arrangement, like with the left hand of the piano, which often plays a counter melody!
The ending is sweet and right on point as well ^ ^
Great job, dude! Keep it up, and good luck in the competition!
I exist. That'd pretty much be it. Pictures made on Paint.NET (getpaint.net) and Apophysis 7X.
