Okay, this is absolutely wonderful. What's even more amazing, is that I listened to this piece right afterwards:

Not only do they fit together thematically, but just place your track's name before it, and you get "Dreaming of Flight, Even On Those Broken Wings". And they were uploaded so close to each other!

Just thought you may find it pretty cool too. Either way, this is a brilliant piece of music. Do keep it up! (Also, if you want to, I'd love to see you join in on some of the coming music competitions here on Newgrounds, all of your stuff is so lovely <3) :D

LawnReality responds:

Wow, the two titles fit quite beautifully together, and the other piece is amazing!
I might join in on a competition. Not sure yet!

Oh wow, this sure is powerful stuff! Very epic, to say the least. The mix is really clean too, and the percusion is awesome. I like how the cinematic took a metal turn. You've managed to blend the styles perfectly, in order to create some great hybrid stuff! :O
I most certainly do enjoy it, which is saying the least :)

LunyAlex responds:

Thank you man!

Always appreciate your feedback!

Sounds really nice! Short review here, as I'm busy, but keep up the good work!

EctiBot responds:

Thanks Lucid, I will :D!

Whoah, this sounds super rad! I hope you play some more cool stuff on that guitar of yours, you seem to be learning really fast!!!
Keep it up :)

Whirlguy responds:

Thanks man! :)

Ooh, new stuff from mr. Kytoon Lawyer sama :D
With some baby sampling too x'D
These melodies are super dope too :O
Even if I more or less expect that from you, it's always nice to hear what you've done! I love that you have your own style, while still creating a variety in sound. Wonderful job, as always, Michael! :3

GhostLawyer responds:

So much love.

Great to hear some new music from ya :D
Hope you decide to make even more stuff :3

NekoMika responds:

That's the plan, got a song I've wanted to work for awhile but still trying to figure out how to make FL Slayer sound more acoustic for the simplistic and calming vibes I want to get out~

I really like this! It sounds super rad :O
I'm glad you decided to upload it here :)

eatmeatleet responds:

Thaanks! Lifted my mood! :)

This is really nice! The vocals sound pretty far away, to me, but they do also sound great :D
The lyrics are pretty cool too :)
Awesome job!!

Troisnyx responds:

Thank you. <3

Wow :O

This rocks!
And it does so a lot. I wonder where my socks disappeared ´o.O`?

larrynachos responds:

You have no idea how great your reviews always make me feel, man. Thanks.

Oop, almost forgot to review this one! Well, it's not that I feel I have to, just that I want to :'D

I do like this track! I'm glad to hear something new from you again. It's not one of my favorites from you, but it's still quite a piece. The intro is brilliant! The choir/song in the background throughout, is amazing. I like the bass too, and the melodies are nice in general. From a compositional standpoint, the energy level is more or less perfect, and fits the arrangement well.

I think that boring as it is, my main complaint (though very subjective!) is just that I'm not a huge fan of the main melody instrument that enters at 0:27. It sounds oddly soft without being 'sweet' (it may occupy lower frequenzies than I'd prefer, for the lead in this mix), and when it harmonizes (aka. more than one melody line), it somehow ends up sounding a bit false, even though it really isn't; not sure how to explain it.
Of course, this is more liquid DnB, so it doesn't have to "punch" in the same way as you'd expect from many types of electronic tracks, but somehow I still feel like there could be some more dynamicity in the overall balance. But I'm terrible at mixing myself, so don't expect for me to come with any great solutions! This doesn't apply to the intro NOR the breakdowns though, as I feel they really hit the right spot in every way, so I'm guessing it's the many intruments layered on top of each other that could either be mixed a bit differently, or bring something out more drastically at some point. THAT SAID everything is very clear, which is impressive in its own right :)

Lol, I don't think my review is actually going to be of any help at all, but there it is. Great track, and please do keep it up! <3

Noisysundae responds:

It's fine if you decide not to write. I did that for R4R thread, and each detailed review there took me half an hour at least. :P

That weird feeling about the lead synth, I'm pretty sure you means something like 1:19. I admit that I can't find a suitable set of notes for that part. It can be the progression itself, though. (because I didn't do such a strange chord progression so often) The synth also had its treble cut off a bit, someone might find it ear-bleeding if I leave it be.

Thanks for expressing your perspective about this sundae. I guess every musician overlooked some mistakes due to listening to them too many times. That's inevitable unless you're doing an improv. :V

I exist. That'd pretty much be it. Pictures made on Paint.NET (getpaint.net) and Apophysis 7X.
